Make highlights selectable in mobile app #2958

As an Android user, I'd like the highlights displayed within the main app highlights section to have the text selectable.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

Minor user experience when viewing aggregated highlights from theobile app (Android, at least).

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Probably the web.
