"Agentic learning" gets used to mean almost anything with AI in it. Here's the part that actually matters if you're preparing for it: your content has to be retrievable. An AI agent can only find what your content allows it to find. Six things determine whether it can: ✔️ Clear structure — descriptive headings and self-contained sections so each passage's topic is obvious ✔️ Consistent terminology — the same names for products, processes, and policies every time, with synonyms learners might use accounted for ✔️ Retrievable source material — usable text for videos and slides, not just the media file itself ✔️ A current source of truth — one clear answer for which version of a policy is authoritative ✔️ Duplicate management — outdated copies removed so retrieval doesn't surface conflicting instructions ✔️ Access rules matched to audience — content visibility that lines up with who should actually find it This is a content-ops problem before it's an AI problem. Fix these, and you improve the experience for traditional search and human readers too — not just an agent. Dave Sliwinski, SVP of Solutions Engineering at Intellum, goes deeper on how agentic learning actually works. Read the full post: https://lnkd.in/gNky2_hg

Missed it live? The recording's up. 🎥 Michael Tringe, filmmaker and CEO of CreatorUp, joined Intellum for a hands-on walkthrough of building an AI-generated animated video using MediaMaker — start to finish, from story idea to finished piece. If your team doesn't have dedicated animation resources but still needs to produce video quickly, this is worth watching. You'll see exactly how the process comes together, not just the theory behind it. Watch on-demand: https://lnkd.in/gxz_eiKJ

Employees, customers, and partners. Three audiences, three sets of needs, and — before Intellum — three disconnected systems held together with spreadsheets and manual reporting. nCino fixed it with a phased rollout instead of a big-bang launch. Phase 1: employees only, on a branded internal instance called LevelUP, with onboarding journeys pulled directly from Workday. Phase 2: the same content foundation extended to customers and partners through nCino University Online — dynamically personalized by role, with certifications and training sold directly in-platform. The result: one platform, three audiences, and monthly reporting that used to take 3+ hours now takes about five minutes. As Alex Driggs, Learning & Enablement Operations & Analytics Consultant at nCino, put it: they went from fragmented systems and spreadsheets to one integrated platform — visible in Workday, trackable in Salesforce, personalized for every user. 70% of employees multitask during training. The highest rate in three years. Half of HR managers say heavy workloads leave no room for it. 65% of employees say performance expectations climbed last year. The 2026 TalentLMS L&D Benchmark Report reads like a case for building more training. More courses, more modules, more AI-generated content. That's the wrong takeaway. The data points to a capacity problem, not a content problem. People are being asked to learn during a workday that has no room left for it. Our latest breaks down five places to start — starting with protecting learning time before adding a single new course. Audrey (Crouse) Morris, M.S., Senior Buyer Enablement & Customer Marketing Manager at Intellum, digs into what the report actually says, and what to do about it. Two days left to register. 🎥 Most teams don't have the time or budget to keep up with video demand — and that gap is exactly where Michael Tringe, filmmaker and CEO of CreatorUp, has spent his career. This Thursday, he joins Intellum to show how AI is speeding up video and animation production — from ideation, to scripting, to storyboarding — without cutting corners on storytelling. If your team is stretched thin on visual content, this one's worth an hour. Register here 👉 https://lnkd.in/gxz_eiKJ

50% less production time. Same creative quality. That's what Mint Interactive gets from every project built on Evolve. The eLearning agency builds bespoke, brand-aligned learning for every client — no templates, no reinventing the process each time. That used to mean heavy coding and workarounds just to get sophisticated, accessible content out the door. Evolve changed the math. Reusable components, live preview, and built-in accessibility mean Mint's designers spend less time on the mechanics and more time on the parts that actually differentiate their work. The payoff: faster rollout, higher learner engagement, and better business outcomes — including timely compliance completions and fewer manager escalations. As Wesley Atkinson, CTO at Mint Interactive, put it: Evolve isn't just software they use, it's part of the team. See how they did it: https://lnkd.in/gHnEU54d

Next Thursday: how AI is changing the way video and animation actually get made. 🎬 Michael Tringe has spent his career as a filmmaker — and he's seen firsthand where AI genuinely accelerates production, and where the fundamentals of good storytelling still have to lead. He's joining Intellum on August 6 to walk through both: the story principles that don't change, and the AI-powered workflows that are changing everything else. Formal learning isn't going anywhere. But the how-to layer — the skills and enablement content L&D has spent a decade building — is getting absorbed by conversational agents. The dividing line: if someone has to prove they did it, it stays formal. Everything else is where agentic learning takes over. But handing that layer to an agent creates a new problem: it will answer from the wrong source as confidently as the right one. Our CEO, Chip Ramsey, breaks down why L&D's job is shifting from producing content to governing which source is true. Read the full post: https://lnkd.in/gPA3RJvD

Pinterest Academy outgrew its standalone site. No scalable way to track learner progress. No easy path to add certifications or webinars. No way to know what was actually working. So the team rebuilt it on Intellum. The result: a 170% increase in user base year over year, and a 140% jump in badges earned. Advertisers and agencies around the world now get a learning experience built for global scale — SSO, progress tracking, badging, and analytics that turn learner data into action. As Maria Jimena C., Head of Global Partner Education, Training and Certification at Pinterest, put it: launching on Intellum was an easy decision. See how they did it: https://lnkd.in/gccXupdN

Video and animation demand keeps climbing. The time and budget to produce it at quality doesn't. On August 6, Intellum is joined by Michael Tringe, filmmaker and CEO of CreatorUp, to break down how AI is changing the creative process — from story idea, to storyboard, to finished video. You'll learn: ✔️ The core principles of visual storytelling, and why they still matter in an AI workflow ✔️ Where AI actually speeds up ideation, scripting, and storyboarding ✔️ Practical ways to produce higher-quality video, faster Save your seat 👉 https://lnkd.in/gxz_eiKJ
