The old 'heroku-postgresql:mini' plan name is deprecated, causing the one-click Heroku deploy to fail with 'Invalid plan', and this PR updates it to the current equivalent 'essential-0'. See solution suggested by other users: issue #2366. The change was tested and resolved the issue for my deployment.
