Motivation and Context

References to the OAuth Client ID Metadata Document referred to an old draft.
This PR updates the docs to use a newer version RFC.

As far this this PR is concerned

  • Section 6 (Security Considerations) became section 8
  • Section 6.4 (OAuth Phishing Attacks) became section 8.5
  • Section 6.5 (Server Side Request Forgery (SSRF) Attacks) became section 8.6
  • Section 6.8 (Client ID Domain Trust) became section 8.9

I know some of these are drafts, etc, so maybe I should preserve some for historical reasons
