He goes and grabs this little flashlight, shoves it at me, and says "Here. Look yourself if you don't believe me." I'm like... sir I'm not a mechanic, that's why I'm at a mechanic. Me: "I'm not saying I don't believe you, I'm saying the problem isn't fixed. Can someone take a listen?" He huffs, gets one of the techs, they drive it around back for two minutes, come back and go "sounds fine to us." Me: "It's doing it right now, can you hear that?" Guy goes "I don't hear anything."
