    Virtual interviews are now common, but they can feel overwhelming. A bit of preparation can make a big difference. 1. Test your tech early Check the link, sound, and camera a day or two in advance. Try a practice run with a friend to feel more confident using the platform. 2. Set up your space Choose a quiet, distraction-free spot. Use a neutral or blurred background if possible. Keep a glass of water, a notepad, or a small fidget item nearby to help you feel calm. 3. Use the virtual format to your advantage You can keep notes or cue cards with reminders of your strengths, STAR examples, or questions to ask. Adjust lighting or wear headphones to feel more at ease. 4. Ask for adjustments If certain changes will help you perform better—like getting questions in advance, extra processing time, or having your camera off—it’s okay to ask. You don’t need to share your diagnosis/label, just state what would help. Ask what is being expected; how long will it last; who is on the panel etc., 5. Practise—but stay flexible Speak your answers out loud beforehand, but don’t try to memorise them. Focus on key points you want to share. It’s fine to pause, take a breath, or return to a question later. 6. Plan self-care before and after Give yourself time to settle before the call, and allow time to decompress afterward. Remember that if an employer isn’t open to making some 'reasonable' adjustments, that tells you something too. You deserve to work somewhere that values you as you are.

This context will help it generate more accurate and relevant responses. 2. **Put Helpful Information Upfront**: Start your prompt with the most important details. This ensures that ChatGPT has all the necessary information right from the beginning. 3. **Giving Examples**: Including examples can clarify your request and help ChatGPT understand what you're looking for.     Most people complain about hitting Claude’s usage limits. But here’s the thing: Claude doesn’t count messages. It counts tokens. And some conversations burn through your limit 10x faster than others. After using it everyday, here are 8 tricks that changed everything for me: 1️⃣ Edit, don’t resend. When Claude misses the mark, click edit on your original message. The old exchange gets replaced, not stacked. Over 10 rounds, this alone cuts token use by 80-90%. 2️⃣ Start fresh every 15-20 messages. Claude re-reads the entire conversation history every single turn. By message 30, a simple question can cost 50,000+ tokens. 3️⃣ Batch your questions. Three questions in one message = one context load instead of three. Better answers too, because Claude sees the full picture. 4️⃣ Use Projects for recurring files. Stop re-uploading the same PDF across multiple chats. Projects cache your files so Claude doesn’t re-process them every time. 5️⃣ Set up Memory & Custom Instructions. Store your role, tone, and preferences once. Claude carries them into every chat automatically. 6️⃣ Turn off features you’re not using. Web search, connectors, Extended Thinking… they all add tokens even when you don’t need them. 7️⃣ Pick the right model. Haiku for quick tasks. Sonnet for real work. Opus for the hard stuff. This is the single highest-impact decision you can make. 8️⃣ Pace yourself. Claude runs on a rolling 5-hour window.     Yesterday, I watched a colleague hit their Claude conversation limit again. "It's so annoying," they said. "I was just getting good responses!" That moment made me realize something: we're still thinking about AI like it's Google search - one question, one answer, done. But that's not what's happening behind the scenes. The Reality: Every time you ask a follow-up question in your AI chat, you're not just sending that new question. The AI receives EVERYTHING - your entire conversation history, every prompt, every response. That second question? It includes the first question too. The third? It includes questions 1 and 2. The tenth? All ten previous exchanges. Your conversation isn't getting "smarter" because the AI is learning. It's getting better because you're sending increasingly massive amounts of text (tokens) each time. And the thing is - your carbon footprint grows proportionally with those tokens. To put it another way, you're second prompt in the same chat window will be AT LEAST twice the carbon of the first prompt. The Solution: Think of each chat window as training a specialist, not building a generalist. Here's what I do: 🎯 Create focused chat windows - One for writing, one for strategy, one for data analysis 🎯 Use master prompts - Front-load context so you don't need long conversations 🎯 Extract the gold - When a chat gets really good, ask it: "Create a prompt that would give me these same quality responses in a fresh chat" 🎯 Start fresh - Use that extracted prompt in new conversations instead of extending old ones. The most sustainable approach? Open a chat, ask your question with a detailed prompt, get your answer, close it. Your AI usage becomes more intentional, more efficient, and dramatically more sustainable. What's your longest AI conversation?     Let me save you 20 to 30 hours of research and tell you the best ways to save your limits on Claude. Most people think Claude's limits disappear because they are “using it a lot.” That is only half true. The bigger reason is this: Claude keeps re-reading the conversation. So the longer the chat gets, the more expensive every new message becomes. Here are the habits that actually make a difference: a) Start a new chat when the topic changes Do not ask about a resume, then code, then a blog post, then strategy in one thread. Old context becomes dead weight. b) Edit your last message instead of sending a correction If you say “no, I meant this…” as a new message, you are adding more context. Editing saves tokens. c) Batch tasks into one message Instead of: - summarize this - now extract key points - now rewrite it - send one message with all 3 asks. d) Do not ask Claude to redo the whole thing If section 3 is weak, say: “Redo only section 3. Keep everything else.” Full rewrites burn output tokens fast. e) Convert files before uploading PDFs, screenshots, PPTs, and DOCX files are bloated. Pull out only the relevant text and upload clean markdown or plain text when possible. f) Use Projects for files you reuse often If you keep uploading the same document to new chats, you are paying for it again and again. Put recurring files in one project and work from there. g) Use the right model for the job Do not use the heaviest model for grammar fixes, formatting, or simple rewrites. Save the expensive model for deep reasoning. h) Reset long chats every 15 to 20 messages Ask Claude to summarize the important context, paste that into a fresh chat, and continue there. That one habit alone can save a lot. The simple rule is: Do not make Claude re-read what isn’t relevant. Keep the context tight. Keep prompts clean. Keep tasks grouped. And stop paying token costs on old conversations you do not even need.

    𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝟴𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 Yes, it's documented. No, almost no one is using it. While most low-coders treat n8n chat widget as just another conversation box, it's actually a powerful data exchange system that can silently transmit structured information between your website and n8n workflows. Here's what I built with it: I created a prototype where users interact with a webpage through the chat widget. When they send a message requesting changes to the page, those changes appear automatically. The magic happens through 𝗻𝟴𝗻'𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀. When a user clicks on page elements and types what to change, that information travels as metadata alongside their chat message. My n8n workflow processes the request and sends back 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮. With a little JavaScript magic, I intercept this metadata. My code listens for the widget's responses, extracts the data payload, and immediately updates the targeted page elements. The user sees their requested changes materialize instantly, creating an experience that feels seamless and responsive. This prototype is just the beginning of the Vertical AI components I'm working on – specialized tools that fuse AI capabilities directly into the product.

    I tracked my AI usage for a month. 60% of my credits went to re-asking questions I'd already answered. Not hard problems. Not complex reasoning. Rephrasing the same request because the first output was too long. Regenerating because I forgot to specify the format. I wasn't paying for intelligence. I was paying for my own lack of discipline. Here are 16 rules that cut my usage nearly in half: Before you type: 1. New topic, new chat. Carrying irrelevant history makes every response worse and more expensive. 2. Be specific. "Write a 100-word summary of X for a technical audience" costs less than "tell me about X" followed by "make it shorter" followed by "more technical please." 3. Set a system prompt once. Define the role, tone, and constraints at the start. Stop repeating "you are an expert in..." every message. 4. Learn basic prompt engineering. Not as a one-off tip. As a compounding skill that saves money on every single interaction. Control what you send in: 5. Summarize before pasting. Don't drop a 4,000-word article and ask "what do you think?" Summarize it yourself first.  6. Upload context files instead of retyping instructions. 7. One task per message. Bundled requests produce bundled answers you have to split apart anyway. Control what comes back: 8. Give exact word counts. "In 100 words" or "3 bullet points max." 9. Request short summaries for long outputs. 10. An unbounded response is the single most common source of waste. Six words prevent it: "Answer in under 100 words." Get it right on the first attempt: 11. Provide one or two examples of what you want. Samples reduce trial and error dramatically. 12. Ask the model to raise clarifying questions before answering. Two questions from the model is cheaper than three rounds of you guessing what went wrong. 13. Request a critique before the final version. "What's weak about this approach?" then "Now write the improved version." Better inputs, better output, fewer rounds. When it goes wrong: 14. Rephrase, don't regenerate. Tell the model how to fix the answer instead of restarting. "Make section 2 more specific" beats hitting retry and hoping randomness saves you. 15. Cut old context. Delete irrelevant messages. Polluted context makes every subsequent response worse. Build habits, not one-offs: 16. Save prompts that worked. Every prompt you write twice should've been saved the first time. None of this is about using AI less. It's about spending your budget on thinking instead of repetition. The credits going to "make it shorter," "try again," and "I meant something different" are credits that could've gone to actual hard problems. Discipline with AI isn't a constraint.
