✌️ The exact face you make when the future actually ships. Let’s stick to the truth: most "AI in commerce" talk right same-old generative chatbot fluff. But behind the scenes, we’ve been working on the actual infrastructure: the math and the logic that lets machines do the heavy lifting. And today, we are opening the engine. The agent layer for commerce operations is officially here. 🚪 fulfillmenttools is opening our MCP server. This means external AI agents whether you use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or your own proprietary setups can now connect directly to fulfillmenttools. They get instant access to real-time inventory, product data, and variant information via Order Network eXchange (onX), the open protocol we co-founded at the Commerce Operations Foundation. 🚀 Why this is a massive shift: 🔹 Zero Proprietary Gatekeeping: Your agents don't need custom, messy integrations anymore. One standard protocol. One connection. Any intelligent agent can talk directly to your OMS. 🔹 The New Execution Layer: Agents are becoming the operational backbone of modern retail. But an agent is only as good as its data. We are giving them clean, deterministic data so they can make real-time decisions without the hallucination risk. 🔹 No Vendor Lock-In: We believe software vendors should compete on engineering excellence and orchestration, not on trapping your data. That’s why fulfillmenttools ships native agents and opens the door wide for external ones. What is live right now: Read-only access to inventory, products, and variants. Order manipulation tools are following next. Modern order management shouldn't be a closed box. It should be interconnected, fast, and intelligent. The documentation is ready. Link is in the comments. Let's build. 🚀 #AgenticCommerce #agenticOMS #OMS #onX #AI #EngineeringExcellence #fulfillmenttools

Most people running cold email outreach still do everything manually inside their platform.   Check campaign stats. Click through dashboards. Pull reports. Copy numbers into a spreadsheet. Repeat every Monday.   I was doing the same thing until I connected Smartlead directly to Claude using their MCP server. Now I manage my entire outreach without opening a single dashboard.   Here's what I use it for:   1️⃣ Building a Full Campaign from One Sentence I typed "create me a cold email campaign called SaaS founders outreach with five emails spread over two weeks." Subject lines, personalization tags, step timing, email copy. All built through Smartlead's MCP in seconds.   2️⃣ Email Health Audit Asked it to pull every email account's health status, flag anything below 80% warmup reputation, and tell me which ones need reconnecting. Got the full breakdown categorized by healthy, warning, at risk, and critical.   3️⃣ Cross-Campaign Performance Report Asked for a 30-day performance report across all campaigns, flagging anything with reply rates below 2%. Normally a Monday morning spreadsheet job. Claude pulled it instantly.   Smartlead's MCP server gives Claude access to 170+ tools across campaigns, leads, email accounts, deliverability diagnostics, analytics, and webhook automation. You connect it once with your API key, and every interaction with your outreach data becomes a conversation instead of a click-through.   For agencies running multiple clients, this is where it gets practical:   → Client-by-client performance breakdowns with open rates, reply rates, and positive reply counts → Top and bottom performers flagged automatically → Weekly reporting that used to take an hour now takes about 30 seconds → Formatted reports you can drop straight into Slack   Cold email hasn't changed. The way you manage it has.   Try it here: https://lnkd.in/e5Xhf-p4   Over to you: What part of your outreach workflow still feels like it should've been automated a long time ago?

“𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴… 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗲?” This is a common comment during an introductory call. But then Chi and I visit on-site and we see it firsthand: 👉 There are still manual tasks that take up time and resources every day. And that’s precisely where Pick & Place robots come in. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been on the road again 🚗 visiting customers. And the use cases we saw couldn’t be more different. 🎯 𝗬𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹: Automate simple, repetitive tasks so people can focus on what really matters. 𝗕𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻  👷♀️ 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮:  Employees spend hours repacking bins to free up space in their AS/RS. 🤖 With robots: Positioned between two ports, the robot picks items from Bin A and places them into Bin B. Once empty, Bin A goes back to the AS/RS. Easy and efficient. 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 👷 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮:  A worker takes items one at a time from a bin and puts them on the line before they go through the scan tunnel and are automatically packed. 🤖 With robots: Items are automatically picked, singulated, and placed on the belt. Fast, precise, and consistent. 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 👷♀️ 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮: Operators manually pick, scan, and place each item into pouches. 🤖 With robots: Automated picking, scanning, and placing. Keeping the sorter running continuously and efficiently. 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 👷 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮:  At the Carousel Port, employees manually pick from source to target bins. 🤖 With robots: Fully automated. 24/7, reliable, and accurate. 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗜𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀) 👷♀️ 𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮: Workers open cartons, unpack items, and place them into AutoStore bins. 🤖 With robots: Automated recognition, picking, and inbound. 💡 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: It’s not always about classic order picking. Pick & Place robots close the last automation gaps — taking over repetitive, low-value tasks so people can focus on what can’t be automated. Because the real challenge isn’t automation, it’s finding enough skilled people to keep operations running. 👉 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘰 𝘗𝘪𝘤𝘬 & 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦? ShipBob is the first Anthropic-verified fulfillment partner in ecommerce. That's not something Anthropic just hands out. It's earned by building technology that works with Claude at the infrastructure level. Not a plugin or a connector someone packaged over a weekend. Actual infrastructure. That's the thread that runs through everything ShipBob has built since 2014. We own everything: the software, the fulfillment centers, and the carrier network. One system, not multiple vendors held together by integrations. And because it's all one system, our AI can do something most fulfillment software can't: it can act on a problem, not just tell you it exists. Reship a delayed order, reroute a shipment, and resolve an exception from inside the ShipBob dashboard, without your team switching tools or filing a ticket. That's what the Anthropic verification is really about. It's not a badge. It's confirmation that when you connect Claude to ShipBob, you're connecting it to a system that can actually do something with the information. Most AI in fulfillment tells you what's wrong. ShipBob's fixes it. If you're already using Claude or building AI into your ops stack, I'd like to show you what that connection looks like in practice. Take a look for yourself: https://lnkd.in/d39yQTzY

The AI Revolution: Redrawing India’s Warehousing Playbook AI is transforming Indian warehousing from static storage into high-velocity "fulfillment engines." This shift is primarily driven by the massive surge in e-commerce and the urgent need for same-day delivery across the subcontinent. How AI is Changing the Game Predictive Inventory: AI models analyze massive datasets—from seasonal spikes like Diwali to hyper-local patterns—to predict demand. This allows companies to stock the right items in the right regional hubs, reducing overstocking by up to 35%. Vision-Based Sorting: Instead of manual barcode scanning, AI-powered cameras identify parcels on moving belts by shape, size, and label data. Indian firms use this to sort thousands of packages per hour with near-zero error rates. Robotic Orchestration: Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) handle "goods-to-person" picking. Instead of workers walking kilometres, robots bring the racks directly to the packing station, increasing productivity by 3x to 4x. Space Optimization: AI "slotting" algorithms continuously recalculate where items should be stored. Fast-moving goods are moved to the "golden zone," increasing overall warehouse throughput by 20%. Real-World Case Studies in India Flipkart (Binola & Haringhata): One of India’s largest automated facilities uses an AI-powered fleet of over 100 robots (AGVs) that sort 4,500 packages per hour. Their AI system optimizes picking paths, reducing human travel distance by 40% during peak sale events. Amazon India (Fulfillment Centres): Employs AI-driven Warehouse Management Systems to manage "random stow" inventory. AI tracks the exact location of millions of items, allowing for hyper-efficient multi-item order consolidation. Reliance Retail: Partnered with Addverb to deploy a massive fleet of robots in their grocery and fashion warehouses. They use AI for real-time inventory tracking and automated sorting to handle the scale of JioMart orders. Delhivery (Tauru Gateway): Operates one of the largest automated sortation centres in Asia. Their AI-driven Logistics Operating System predicts lane traffic and dynamically re-routes shipments to avoid bottlenecking at the warehouse docks. Tata Steel: Uses AI-powered computer vision to automate the inventory of heavy steel coils. This system identifies and tracks items in massive open-yard warehouses where manual counting was previously prone to errors. The Challenges High CapEx: The initial investment for robotics remains steep for small-scale 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers. Legacy Systems: Many older Indian warehouses struggle to integrate modern AI software with their existing manual processes.
